So if my GC only has "B 60" on the spoon of the bottom bracket, is there any way to guesstimate its vintage?

Also, I've got a Medici Pro-Strada with "60" then "043" then "+GF+" on the BB. Can anyone date that one? What was the "window" period when Medicis were built?

(Both are 60cm frames, naturally...).
