Bob Freeman listed the replica hoods on eBay. eBay has records of e-mail addresses, and would likely disclose them in trademark disputes like this.

Bob Freeman discussed the process by which he made the replica hoods on this list ... and if someone from Campagnolo is subscribed to the list, they would have gotten the e-mail address from there.
