Ben Kamen wrote that he is selling a part I'm pretty sure is the stock old Suntour part. I have sawed off a couple of these to braze to the bottom of a hangerless dropout. For projects like my Moulton, where replacing the unusual stock drop-out just wasn't an option. Nice units, and shouldn't be tossed away.

3) 1 x derailleur claw for attaching a rear derailleur without the needed dropout hanger (ie on the axle). no manufacturer name but is stamped "4532". standard size and sort of serated on one side to stop slipping and the other side has a raised lip to seat properly on the axle. comes with a threaded nut that is same size as the main bolt hole for added security an attachment. it has a second smaller hole (?) and comes with a threaded nut and also a smaller bolt and nut/washer that is slighlty flanged and spaced i guess for clamping or to be used as an additional cable guide thingy???? i really am not familiar with its usage. email and ill try to explain what detail i can. it is new and unsued and looks well made in tough and shiny (forged?) steel (3.5mm thick). price is $10 and shipping is not included (im open to suggestions on the best way to ship - its small - your call and you pay actual). sorry my camera just isnt up to small details but here are the pics. http://idisk.mac.com/dupe/Public/claw/claw1.jpg http://idisk.mac.com/dupe/Public/claw/claw2.jpg email for any more details or actual pics. i will refund all monies if you feel anything is not as per my descritpion.
