Richie,

I'm not so sure I'd be calling a smart ass who would give you something like that a pal. Exactly what makes you so sure that isn't some alien life form sent here to infiltrate the Framebuilders Guild. Well they can't be too smart; they missed that one by a few years didn't they.

That thing is looking a bit ragged. I think a coat of clear Imron might go a long way in preserving that "new car shine" that we are all so fond of on our doughnuts.

What do you invision for the future of this piece? I say that by the time the Tizzlers are as hard as a Preachers' rod and the gooey center has long since solidified, it be nailed square through the heart with a silver plated framebuilders pin to a wooden tile from Tullio Campagnolos' house. Once suitably framed, it shall hang in the Museum of Modern Art. Prior to hanging we can have it ceremoniously berated by Bruce Gordon for good luck and stick it with a "Bruce Gordon Was Rude to Me" pin in the side. Creation complete. Perhaps a suitable title would be "Prelude to the Afternoon of a Sexually Aroused Gas Mask".

To be perfectly honest Richard, I was a little surprised the worlds' first "Twizzlernut" wasn't consumed on the spot and your faced wiped with the custom engraved anniversary napkin. Had the situation been reveresed I would have been all over that bad boy in a heartbeat. If you are planning on having it X-Rayed I can save you the trouble by telling you up front there are 3 Twizzlers inside. That extra month older than I that you are must make the difference, as only now do I recognize your superior wisdom. Your plan all along was to digitally memorialze it for all time, lest we forget that historic presentation and the significance of these events. Maybe we should have that symbol of our solidarity cast in bronze.

Brian Baylis La Mesa, CA Still too wound up to sleep at 4am. That doughnut made me hungry!
