Quickest way is usually to check the seatpost diameter. Vintage Cinellis are 26.2 and as far as I know, all the Windsors were 26.8 mm. Anyone else know of different SP diameters on Windsors (I'm thinking Pro model here)?

Also, the BB (housing) will look better on the Windsor (yes, the Windsor).
