I recently got a late '63 or early '64 'mount track frame from Tom Hayes (thanks Tom...), and it has the more familiar white-lettered block graphics on the down tube, FWIW. My serial number is P59. Sounds like yours was near the end of those cool graphics.
BTW, any recommendations as to correct bits to build it up with would be gladly appreciated - I'm figuring inch-pitch Record cranks, 1038 pedals,Cinelli steel bar & stem, but not sure about the rest (or even if the above-mentioned stuff is 100% "correct").
