The other day I was buying a Trek 730 from a guy and ended up helping him clean out the basement and taking home what he told me was a Miyata his brother bought new. Can't say for sure as the head badge is missing. It is incomplete and is a resto project, but it sure is cool. I want to offer it to the list before I part it out and list it "you know where". Here goes: The bike is a dark metalic blue with chrome head lugs. The lugs are sort of a Nervex copy design. Size is about 56X56. 1st generation Dura-Ace crankset, Dia-Compe sidepulls and Dia-Compe SR copy levers. Suntour Cyclone derailleurs and bar-end shifters rear derailleur is the coveted short cage model. Seatpost is a cool copy of a Campy two bolt model. No saddle, wheels, bars/stem. Surface rust on frame. Take it all for $75.00. Someone should save this bike. Call me at work 831-724-4798 10-6 Pacific time.

Jody Fonseca,

still digging them up in Watsonville CA
