Subject: [CR]1972/3,japanese!,schwinn-dura ace centers?

---Man!,you guys are hard on my mind,or what is left of it. I remember little about that "world"thing.I do remember that it appeared at the same time or a little earlier than the "Le Tour" bikes. And it was a first rate Japanese manufactured Schwinn.Component wise, the only thing I really remember is that it had a Nervar crankset. And the frame had made in Japan on it.It,as far as I know or can remember is the only one I ever saw to note.I also remember there was some controversy around it.I seem to recall a price of about $275.00. Does "World Voyager" sound correct? The one I saw was orange and was in a sporting goods store/bike shop in Richmond Va..And if I had to put a year on it,I would say late 1972/early 1973. As for the Dura Ace center pulls I cannot remember if they were on this bike in "Rowlett's" or not.In fact those brakes did not really make much of an impression on me.I do seem to recall them being advertised in "Bicycling" for a month or two and then the sides appeared? The "Tourney" of later? Is nearly identical.
