Subject: [CR]Cinelli frame size swap

A friend of mine has what appears to be a very nice 1969 Cinelli SC that is too small for him and he'd be interested in swapping the frameset only for a larger size similar frameset. The size he has is 52cm center to center. The 3 lugs are chrome, the seatstays are entirely chrome, the chainstays are chrome except for a couple of inches of paint by the bb and the fork is chrome. It has the original flamboyant blue paint on all the frame tubes with the original decals and brass headbadge. The paint is in extremely good condition but does have a few minor nicks in it. The size he would like to have is 62cm c-to-c as a first choice and he'd consider a 61. I imagine equal condition frames would be an equal swap. If the difference in condition is significant, adjustments can be made either way, but his bike is really quite nice and something in good shape would be appreciated.
