I know of a small Masi track bike with candy pink fades. It is a custom
bike we assume. I believe it would have been made early 80's. It has
oversized tubes with a seattube extension. the front wheel is a 26 and the
rear is most likely built for a 26 also? the girl that has it put a 700c
wheel on back and has just enough room with the axle way back in the drops. i
don't think it is a real problem but it could easily turn into one. the
seattube has a really beautiful scalloped back for the wheel to sit up into.
if she had the right sized wheel then the cutout would be utilized and she
wouldn't have to ride so far back on the drops. I am posting to see if
anyone knows about such a bike. we figure it was built for a female track
racer. i can get a better look at the bike if someone has an idea but needs
more info. thank you so much.
