So then you only use Campy tan lithium grease in your bearings? Whatcha gonna do when the only tubs left of it turn to tar?

How about shifter and brake cables and housings? Only the first-gen. NOS Campy ones good enough?

How about ball bearings? Only the correct NOS Swedish SKF ones will do?

How about vintage Italian handmade sewups? Talk about a wear item that's tough to find NOS....

Just curious....

I love "period correct" NOS too, but it's a finite entity. When it's gone, it's gone. Every "restoration" takes more NOS goodies from the world's supply.
