Actually, if I am not mistaken, "Honking" is standing to pedal and hanging onto/pulling up upon the brake lever hoods.. Therefore interpret it thus: "Constrictor" (made by that British company) "Honking" (describing the position one would be in to need padding & protection from callouses) "Rubbers" (what they are made of!)
