Momma must have been out trying to find food and left the hoods unattended under the tree. That's when predators strike; when the hoods are left by themselves. Not a pretty picture but an example of nature at it's rawest. Natural selection, survival of the fittest, only the strong survive... well you get the picture. The end result is that we wind up with ergo! ::::sigh::::
