Found a Bertin today at the local charity store. "Special Cyclo Tourist" says the sticker on the downtube (up near the headtube). "BERTIN" decal on seat tube banged up but not too badly. Somewhat oxidized red paint, rust started pretty well on top tube and seat stay paint chips. Half chrome fork with paint starting to peel revealing chrome underneath. Normandy hubs with JUY skewers. Rigida "Chrolux" 27" wheels. Simplex fr. and rear derail. ST barcons that have seen better days. Name on bars looked like "Milremo" with Atax stem. . Mafac Racers. Stronglight crankset. 25 bucks. Is this worth rescuing?
