Welcome to the list David. The larger frames are out there. Don't know your toptube requirements, but if you can get by with 58-59cm it seems 70's-80's Raleighs and Schwinns fit the bill. Sooner or later you'll see something for sale, be tempted and there you go. Check either here, yard sales, flea markets, bike shops (get friendly with one that takes trade-ins); or ebay, if your not squeamish about having a frame shipped.
