Usually, yes, though occasionally a specific comment/answer might warrant it. As threads evolve, though, "all" replies can get pretty unwieldy, just as with the message body..
Also, pertaining to FS posts where something is size-specific (shoes, frames, etc), put said size in the subject header. Especially for those on the fringes (small or large), lotsa ads can be deleted, and thus time saved.
