I heard that Campagnolo had a very tight quality control department. The bearings they (or whoever was making them) manufactured were measured and sold as matched sets. That is why you do not see loose ball bearings for sale, only sets (in those little plastic containers and small envelopes). That is why Campy hubs, BBs, Cranks etc.... rool so very smooth. Can anyone out there in CR land confirm or deny this?
