The Avocet touring cranks have 144mm BCD like Campy plus being tapped for two inner circles 100mm and 74mm. I also have a Galli 144 BCD crank factory tapped for an 86mm (Stronglight 99) BCD.
Jim Merz made a tripilizer with a 100 mm BCD but he improved on the Campy 36T only deal by offering a 31 T ring to either fit the tripilizer or the Campy triple. Doesn't Willow make a tripilizer currently/recently?
