Anyone have a nice Campy #15 or earlier catalog in English FS?

Also, what's a Campy "Special Catalog?" It's got early SR with black 'rings in it, but also the Nuovo Gran Sport rear derailleur, but also the Elephante control & Gran Turismo. 60 pages, cover sez "Olympic Resources Inc., Houston Texas" on it.
