Hi gang, Actually, it's not that mysterious. Chris Beyer gave me a quick run-down of what goes on in the process of attaching the venerable Duopar to the hanger. Once I took a close look at the derailleur, it made a lot of sense. Just in case anyone else is wondering how this worked, I plopped the works onto my scanner and grabbed a few images. It ain't Ansel Adams, but it seems to work. If you want to see the pics, just go to my Yahoo photos page: photos.yahoo.com/kurtsj00 and look at the folder titled "Huret Duopar" (yeah, I'm just creative!) I haven't installed the Duopar on any of my bikes just yet... my commuting/touring bike currently sports a SunTour Cyclone GT, and it's working wonderfully. Nice and light too (not that it really matters).
