John, et al:
I have an identical bike (only smaller; 57cm) lurking in my basement. I think the tubing sticker says it all. If I recall correctly, Peugeot bought Terrot in the very early '60s, and this is a post-acquisition example. Tubing is nothing special, though the lugwork and pinstriping are gorgeous.
Comparing this one to mine, a fair number of components have been changed from the originals. Mine came with Huret Allvit derailleurs, and was originally fitted with Mafac Dural Forge centerpulls. I think the presence of the boat-anchor Nervar crank bespeaks the quality level of the bike. I think of it as sort of a baroque U0-8.
If it fits, it's worth having if you don't have to pay too much. I don't think there are a lot of Terrots around.

If there was a discussion on this bike I missed it. It looks interesting, is it not a classic?
