I spent a few hours in the sun cleaning the old original paint and decals of a mid '70's Hetchins "Italia". It has the Southend decals which are no longer available so a respray is not an option. 2 coats of lacquer and it looks great, to my eye. Lugwork is simple Prugnat with round holes in the spears. The seat lug is cut away and it has reinforced brake bridge plates. Also has cable guide loop for derailleur with loops and cable stops on top of top tube. Someone told me that Hetchins bought in Italian frames and badged them up, therefore not being "real" Hetchins. This frame has the above mentioned features which I don't believe would be found on an Italian frame. I would appreciate the lists thoughts on this.

Olagnero? A friend in London has one, may be a bit late for the list but has those chunky steel lugged looks. Any info out there?
