Two Japanese bidders and 11 bids between them... sounds like a contest to me.

Hint: the auction ended at 10:01 and all 11 bids were between 8:17 and 8:54 of the last day.

Also, the levers have the earlier "MAFAC" logo. I guess these things are worth more in the Far East than they are in our part of the world ;)
