Technically Chris may be right. However, I would argue that every now and then we need to be reminded about why we do what we do. After all, for most of us - the joy is in taking those "classic" bikes out on those "challenging rides," enjoying the craftsmanship of others, and putting our own hard work (and, indeed, we ourselves) through the paces. I have enjoyed reading the accounts posted and have enjoyed thinking about my own experiences. Makes me want to play hooky and get on my bike right now.
