I had one of these; it was my first ten speed bicycle. It was indeed made by Puch. (Puch/Daimler according to the transfer (decal) on the seat tube.) I purchased mine in the mid 1970's in Canterbury, England. It was heavy and really quite ugly. Cottered chainset (crankset) bottom of the line Simplex derailleurs (that actually worked very well) those funny auxillary "safety" brake levers. It was the cheapest ten-speed I could find but it served me well: I used it daily to commute across central London. I am no expert but I wouldn't pay more than about forty dollars for it.
