I keep a couple of the 7-ball clips around the house. They are very nice
for testing crank offset when I'm messing with trying to match the cranks I
want to use with the spindles I have. They slip in and out, dry, and speed
the "cut-and-try." In fact, I'm so cheap I think I remember stripping
several of them for the 1/4" balls....
