I'm not a collector, so this is an enquiry, to start, about a reasonable valuation for this bicycle.

English Hopper 3-speed; Reynolds 531 main tubes; mostly original parts on the frame itself (i.e., cranks, bearing sets) but other "peripheral" items have been replaced over the years (wheels? handlebars).

The bike is in fair condition but really needs restoration: new paint and decals, rust removal, the works. Photos to follow if there is interest or if it is worth it.

This was my boyhood bike around 1958-60. My father bought it from my uncle for the fabulous sum of $65.

I'm interested to hear any comments.

Thanks,
