....anyone care to speculate on this frame & fork (#1850431470):

A few years ago I saw a Raleigh in Curtis Anthony's shop, Via Bicycle, Philadelphia. It was the same color, and supplied with a rear derailleur. It may have been a Lenton Tourist model, the decals were intact but memory fades. It was of 531 plain gauge main tubes, and had upright bars and a sprung Brooks saddle, features shared with the circa 1954-55 hub-geared Lenton Tourist model for which I have seen catalogue copy.
