Hello Frustrated Bike Brochure Viewers -

This relates to the scanned bike brochure images many of us are viewing on the web.

Internet Explorer 6.0 has a feature that is enabled by default that reduces the size of graphic files to fit your browser window. This means that almost any brochure graphic, as soon as it is loaded, is automatically reduced too small to be able to read text. I just learned of this today after a couple of frustrating hours of with what I thought was a nutty client, who kept asking me to "make it bigger". (please - no Viagra jokes :-)

The fix is to go to: Tools/ Internet Options / Advanced / Multimedia /

Uncheck the box next to: Enable Automatic Image Resizing

Refresh the screen. The Teledyne graphic above becomes huge, extending well off my 17 inch screen, in both directions. Scrolling is required in both directions but the text is readable.

Sorry for the off-topic post but I hope this will reduce some puzzlement out there.

Cheers,
