Hi gang, I am offering a Raleigh Professional Tour de France team replica from 1982 from the Hennie Kuiper era the only time when Raleigh had a team in the tour. The frame is a 20.5 inch from centre of bb to top of seattube. It has a full Record groupset consisting of 82 170 Strada cranks and BB, Strada pedals, pat 82 NR Record small flange hubs with MA40 700C clincher rims, Record seatpin, headset brakes and aero bottle, Iscaselle saddle, Cinelli bars and stem etc. It was bought new by the last owner who has had it in storage for many years. The componentry is all original and in fine condition with the exception of the usual perishing on the brake lever hoods. The frame has some chips on the seat and chainstays where the original Raleigh enamel has been done over chrome, and there are some small rusty spots in the paint under the top tube guides, otherwise it is fine and only needs the smallest amount of touching up to make it pristine.

I have priced it at 550 Pounds (840 Dollars) which is roughly what I would put as reserve on the components alone if I stripped them and fed them to the dogs of Ebay. Freight to the US would cost 85 pounds (139 dollars).

I have put some pictures on Yahoo which you should be able to get with this link:

If you are asked for a password it is Triumph.
