Perhaps someone here can explain why in my last two messages have been translated into a meaningless gobbledegook of seemingly random letters and numbers, why it only happens sometimes, and most importantly what I can do to prevent it reccurring. I've never had email problems of this sort before. Hoping someone can read this!
