Wayne, I recall having a pink 770 in our store for sale in 1985. I think the pink one was 1985. That Trek is one of Trek's nicer later model frames. I believe it's an '86 because of the Pepto Bismol pink paint, which is a hint when dating Trek's frames. I have an '85 which was originally aqua. Or was the pink before the aqua? Skip?

The 770's were sold as framesets, and as a 770R with a S-Rec (reduced) group. The paint wasn't much, but they're pretty nicely made for "production" bikes, and have nice lugs.
