Regarding using the right lever for the front brake, I would think that would cause a more severe curve in the brake cable to fit into the cable guide on the caliper, which is on the right side as well. I'm trying to picture this. I think this is merely a matter of personal preference. I like my strong hand on the rear brake lever for those long descents here in Florida where your hands cramp before you get to the bottom. I'm also right handed, but left brained.
