Greetings to the List, I have been silver brazing since the mid 60's, everything from .062 stainless steel lined with glass, for mass spectrometers, to 1" .062 wall stainless steel cooling coils for nuclear reactors.

Half the engineers call it brazing the other half call it soldering, the same thing with the buyers. I gave up years ago trying to educate everyone. As far as the silver dissolved in flux goes its a very handy tool, but mostly used in hydrogen ovens, there is almost no cleanup required and the tiny, perfect fillets are beautiful.

Classic content, I bought the Coppi, Anquetil combination DVD and there is a brief seen of Fausto shifting a Cambio Corsa, very smooth and elegant.
