Just so folks know even I think this is silly. I know folks that buy cars and computers new today and just stare at them as Objects d'Art, so Curt's customers behavior isn't that strange in the world of collecting. If you owned one of Curt's first 10 frames built I could see a good argument for preservation. A new bike from a builder that has a long career ahead of them should be ridden.
