Calling all Raleigh Pro experts:

I recently acquired a 1983 Raleigh "Professional" from a listmember,(thanks!) and in the process of learning the details of these bikes, I have two questions about decals and geometery.

The catalogue at http://www.bulgier.http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/Raleigh83/ shows the exact bike I have, except for two differences. The pictured bike has the "team Raleigh" decal on the top tube, where my bike has a small white "professional" sticker there. There is no mention of the "professional" model for 1983? The serial # is WG300177, which indicates '83. Anyone know if these bikes actually came as pictured in the catalog, or were changed?

The geometry of my frame measures 52cm center to top, and a 54.5 top tube. It seems like the top tube is a bit long for standard geometry, (I have no other Raleigh experience, so i'm only comparing this to other bikes in similar size with 53cm top tubes....) Is it possible this frame was made to order in a custom size, and therefore also received different decals?

My bike has all original parts, down to the black Sturmey Archer toe clips, and yellow benotto tape as listed in the specs. sheet, So I assume it was originally purchased as a complete bike.

thanks in advance...
