I recently picked up a used bike for parts, in part because it had (older) Phil Wood hubs which I wanted to use on my commute bike. When I took the bike apart at home I found that while the frame is 126mm rear spacing, the Phil Wood rear was only 122mm. So, I'd like to trade this older Phil Wood rear for a 126mm or, short of that if someone needs/wants this but doesn't have one to trade, I would sell it. To give you an idea of the condition, I believe this hub to be in perfect mechanical condition, however the center (stainless?) steel section has some rust spots. The flanges will clean up very nicely but show evidence of having been built before.
