I think there was a slender variation without the raised lip that was later than 1958. He said it was slender, and I asked if he could send pictures. My warning was based entirely on the possibility that he MIGHT have a slender crank. Stevan Thomas Alameda, CA haven't seen pix of it yet...;-)
