Yes, it is true...I'll be at Interbike all three days (sadly, missing the 2nd Annual Velo Rendezvous in Pasadena). I think a lunchtime CR list gathering on any of the three days would be easier for me, but could be persuaded to meet up with everyone after the Oktoberfest, if that's what is planned.
