The Duopar washers won't fit on a Jubilee. I'm looking at a 1984 vintage Huret instruction sheet and it shows an "adjustable stop plate" to work on "foreign fork ends". It has a screw that adjusts the derailleur angle like a Sun Tour. The part number is 2333. The same part is used on the Challenger, Success, and Super Success. The weird split mounting bolt with concentric internal locking bolt is part number 2276. That one is unique to the Jubilee. I don't know if this stuff will fit on a old Jubilee. The instruction sheet is for the variety of Jubilee with drilled cages. About a year ago, I was in American Cyclery in San Francisco, and they had a ton of Huret bits in the drawers in the basement. That might be a place to start. Good luck.
