Based on my still-incomplete knowledge of Colnagos from 30 years ago, I believe this is more like a mid-70s f/f.. Three details caught my attention: the fork crown is not dimpled. Every Colnago I've seen or heard about made before 1972 had four dimples (or holes if you like) in each corner of the crown, on the sides. The one on ebay does not have these.
The graphics suggest mid-70s also. But Colnago graphics can be mighty confusing, so I wouldn't date it by those alone. Also, this could also have been repainted at a later date, but I wouldn't know about that.
The brazed-on shifter bosses seemed the most suggestive to me. All early-ish Colnagos I've seen didn't have these.
I e-mailed the seller (tactfully) about these issues.
