Someone showed up at our club's New Year's day ride with an Alpine. Made by Fred Kelly in Washington, DC.( I think that's what the owner said) I think this just came up about a month ago. Nice looking frame, Campy equipped, but with a tig'd stem (I was polite-said nothing about the stem!)
