Ah, the chance to disagree with a list legend... I think Sheldon is way off base with the comment:

I've used them all over the years, and I think a normal reach set of single pivot Campagnolo Nuovo Record's can NOT be beat for feel and stopping power. I wouldn't use anything else. Add in the super-cool appearance and whamo! Best thing since sliced bread...
