I am a Mac pioneer - have owned one since about the second week they were born in 1984, and have had from one to three at home ever since.
Their UI is still the best (originally licensed from PARC). Period. But there are many other reasons to like them as well.
I do have to question the sellout - using a UNIX-based OS however, which is OS X. 8')
