I have an old B.17 Competition Standard. On the frame is stamped: A60 It is my understanding that the 60 is the production year. But, I have also seen "B" and then a number. Once it was B72 causing the seller of the saddle to call it a B.72, but it was another model. My question is: What is the significance of the letter, A or B, stamped on these 60's era saddles?
Thanks in advance for any info. John Dunn in Boise
