While I don't defend ebay sellers, I don't condone harsh criticism either--ebay has a system for that, it is called feedback. Knowledge of your product is very important as a seller or a buyer. The CR Listmembers represent a wealth of knowledge with regard to bicycles. I believe we should continue to educate sellers who may not know their product and to pass along to the list where gross errors of description are discovered. I've benefited greatly from listmembers doing this and while many CR posts border on violating the civility rules and become judgemental and subjective, I hope I'm able to continue to let it roll off my back like water off a duck.
