Had a friend who just bought a 1965 or so Raleigh Pro. It is white with pretty rings on the seatube. Some parts are modern (1974 style) including a Super Record Front changer (with CPSC lip too). The rub is it has a downtube cable stop and the campag derailleur was designed for a bare cable running through the clampon, brazed on or under Bottom bracket guide.
I need to locate a derailleur with a place for a cable stop that is more or less period correct. Does anyone know what this originally came with?
