My '82 Raleigh Pro has the Reynolds 531 decal just above the down tube shifter braze-ons, as there is no room on the seat tube, at only 52cm long, the yellow, white and black bands take up most of the room!

<R.Delmare@Charter.net> writes: The Reynolds decal , due to the amount of graphics on the seat tube, and to the fairly unique Legnano-style seat binder ( inside and under the seat tube to top tube intersection ) , is located on the top of the top tube, towards the front of the top tube , just a few millimeters behind the short point of the lug ( top tube to head tube lug).

same as my new-never-pedaled-a-meter 1971 Frejus.
wacky, huh??!!
