The bike shown is a "Team Issue" not a Specialissima. The decals are absolutely correct. Team bikes had no badge, there should be a wood plug in the bottom of the steerer. The made in Italy decal is correct. Specialissima and Competizione bikes had chrome stay ends and chrome bands on the seat tube. Teams were entirely chromed (polished only on the headlugs, drop out faces and fork crown), with the result that you could see chrome under any chips in the paint. Exact parts would be particular to when the bike was built up. This one appears to have had Universal 61 brakes at some point, which could easily be correct. The rest would all be Cramp-and-go-slow with Nisi rims. Bar and stem should be TTT Grand Prix or Record.
