It could be me, but I'd say it's very unlikely.

Reason number one, the two most common e-mail worms going around right now both falsify the From field. They always replace the real From address with an address found on the infected machine. So the one thing you can know about who sent it is: it isn't who it says it's from. The victim has you in his address book, that's how you got it, and he has me in there too, that's why it says its from me.

Reason number two, I have good antivirus on my e-mail server (NAI GroupShield) that updates automatically, and I just checked, it's running and up-to-date.

j.p., could you give more details, which virus was sent for instance? Complete headers from the e-mail in question might help too. Off-list of course.
